Yakitori Kobo uses their original brand of chicken, "Hogendori," which is painstakingly raised by limited contracted farms in Yamanashi, Nagano, and Shizuoka.Hogen chickens are carefully raised in a rich natural environment and are characterized by their strong umami flavor with little impurities!
